First meatloaf in smoker, just a few prep pics...

80/20 meat
chopped onion and green pepper
garlic
salt and pepper
w'shire sauce
bread crumbs
stirred egg
Half Jar of spaghetti sauce...






Created this loaf :)





2 cans of Bush's Orginial Beans
Chopped onion
Brown sugar
sprinkle of W'shire sauce (I gotta learn to spell that
tongue.gif
)





squirted some Mustard and Ketchup
all over it....mixed it up real good:





added some sliced bacon:






and in the smoker it goes,
add some hickory chips
and smoke away!

That sounds about 17:30 hours ... I need a couple hours after dinner to deal with cake ... so, I could bring some good sippin' rum to build up our appetites ....
