Overall not too bad.  Working on learning the sfb.  Was cautious on the temp and was a little on the low side.  Mostly running 200-225.  Could have stayed on a bit longer to pull apart easier, but getting more and more used to the new smoker.  Just got a Smoke Hollow hybrid.  I really like it for everything else.  Need to do a little work on sealing up the charcoal side to hold heat a little behttp://s241.photobucket.com/user/HoodFamily4/media/10519683_892575087424485_2036553619_n1.jpg.htmltter.  Also working on a Carolina style sauce.  Had a tad too much bite with the cider vinegar, but Rome was not built in a day.
