Well its finally here the weekend , and guess what I am doing ??? Yep you guessed it , having a cold Coors , and Smoking some

Venison Jerky . This time I figured I would pull a late nighter , and toss back a few while taking the time to smoke what I hope to be some of my best Venison Jerk from a Buck I got earlier this year during Bow Season . I am using a slightly different set up , I am using a 10 inch skillet to reduce the flame up that I usually have gotten with this smoker , and now I am in about 25 minutes , and its working just like I was told It would . So thanks to all of you that reccomended that I do this , as it really is working
