Thanks! I cooked it on a Weber. 2 zone. Cooked on no-coal side, crisper skin over coals.That's a perfect example of what grilled / roasted chicken should look like .

I heat and spin the grill 180 tooYup . I always refer to it as grilled / roasted . Even if it never sees direct heat . I guess because I always pre heat the grate over the fire , then spin it , and put the chicken on that side .
