Well after seeing all these great looking fatties all the members have been posting up I decided to take a stab at one in particular.
I went out and bought everything I needed to make a swiss mushroom fattie using venison instead of ground beef.
And a few pics.
cheese was running out wish I would have used better cheese then just the cheap sliced swiss singles
Overall it turned out pretty good only thing I wish I would have done is left my rub off the top, then it would have tasted like a swiss mushroom burger which was what I was trying to accomplish. It wasn't terrible with the rub on top but just not the flavor profile I wanted for it.
