Temp is still good! I've added wood so far but still running off the same 6 or 7 lbs of coals I started with. definitely need to make a coal basket though. the ash is kinda smothering the coals. other than that so far im pretty happy with it! about 2 more hrs to go!

that's a good looking UDS and some tasty ribs

So far I only have $60 into it including racks. Has a few leaks around the door that I need to seal and need to put some paint on it. After that I want to get another drum to put on top. Stacked upright with the lock ring holding it on so i can have about 6 racks all together.

I bought some loin back ribs from Sam's Club and am making my first rack of ribs right now. They are in Chef Jimmy's Foiling Juice till 5:30 and then done at 6:30.
