Well it didn't go quite according to plan.
It will be a learning curve.
Yesterday when I seasoned the griddle, I decided to check griddle temps.
It was high for all 4 burners.
IR gun read 650 on right and center, and only 630 on left.
So back to today. Only used 2 burners as I was only doing 4 burgers and turned to temp down some.
Apparently not enough, as when I came out to put the burgers on the hood thermometer said about 560.
Put the burgers on and they cooked fast. About 3 minutes and they were cooked most of the way through.
So flipped them, put cheese on, closed lid, and turned grill off.

The part that didn't go according to plan, it was so quick I didn't get to take pictures.
So it's a believe it or not moment. Haha
I did get a picture of the grates to show it was used. :emoji_laughing:

And a picture of the burger for lunch.
Wings were done in the smoker.

Forgot all about the burger bun pics.
Didn't have any in freezer so had to make some last night.
Not the most ever bake, but tasty. Dang ovens.
Should only bake one at a time in the center of the rack to avoid the hot spots.
