Chicken thighs. 2 different rubs same sauce. also some bacon wrapped chicken strips. half with a chili powder and brown sugar, other half some bbq rub. oh and my over cook London broil that my neighbor brought over. was tasty, but well over cooked. never done one
before and hadn't planned on beef.


 
Too bad the LB didn't do well , the Chickenlooks nice .

I usually do thinner meats(Beef) , on the Grill . Turns out great . Marinede it in Italian Dressing for a Night , then cook quick to a Med. Rare. , this is great fot Tocos , Burritos , Nachos ...

It's all part of the learning curve . .

yeah the chicken turned out with some great flavor. I don't usually do thighs, but wanted to do something cheap first on new cooker to learn its performance.
