Fire Starter
Just got my AMNTS today, so I had to give it a whirl! I seasoned it as the instructions said, and filled it 2/3 with the pellets it came with. I lit it with the torch, let it burn a few minutes, blew out the flame and away it smoked! I smoked Cheddar, marbled, pepper jack and a small piece of Gouda. It let it smoke for 2.5 hours, then vac sealed and put in the fridge. Now the waiting begins!
