Put together a fattie with eggs, cooked chorizo, onion, mexican 3 cheese blend - had to keep it mild for the 5 and 6 year old grandsons
Getting a little lattice work



Into the smoker



And the final product - will roll it thinner next time took 3 hours

I am lucky to have 9 grandkids. Our oldest is 19 and just moved in with us a few months ago to attend a local college - we are having a ball with her
