Well since we had such a beautiful weekend I wanted to try my hand at smoking a brisket. I started with a nice 5lber from Costco which I then applied some Worchestershire on to act as my "glue" to hold the Tatonka Dust. I then got my smoker up to 225-240 and lit the Amazen with Hickory. Smoked it this way for a few hours then had to refill and used Oak. Here it is in about an hour and a half Here it is right before I stuck it in the foil And lastly here is the final sliced goodness. Total cooking time was probably 10 hours, which seemed long but well worth it. Thanks for looking.
