Hello Everyone

Im going to try and smoke my first brisket tomorrow for Mothers day.It weighs about 5 LBS, how long roughly will she take to cook?Going to smoke with some mesquite wood chunks. Temp? around 225 250ish?

Thanks

2hours per pound 2 hour rest low and slow. That's ballpark as every one is different I do mine at 225. You can foil at 165 if you choose to and that might cut an hour off. Go until toothpick tender.
