First Beef short ribs

Was a bit anxious about this cook but turned out juicy, tasty moist but crust wasn't as good as I would have liked.
Overall pretty good but still work to do...

Thank you fellas, appreciate your feedback....I think I've gotta learn to get more organized, stick to the plan and trust my instincts a bit more.
Because it's the first time doing many of these cooks I start over thinking things.
Anyways all's well that ends well, dinner was good...
