I recently received a dehydrator as a gift and decided to try it out this weekend.  I started with a 3.03# London Broil.  After cutting it into strips and removing any fat I was left with 2# 13 oz of meat.  I used the Hi Mountain Cajun Seasoning and Cure.  I did not add any other liquids or seasonings.  I am hoping it turns out good.  It sure does make the house smell good!

It has been 2 hours and I rotated the trays.

Here is the finished product.  I started with 2.81#s and it was 1.13#s when done.  Almost 60% weight loss.  I think it turned out OK.  The texture was good, but not much flavor.  The dehydrator worked great, I would recommend this model.
