First Bacon wrapped loin (with Qview)

    Here are the results of my first bacon wrapped loin. 

    I injected this with apple juice, salt and a little apple cider vinegar. Smoked between 225 and 275 on my Old Country Pecos smoker. can't remember how long it took but I had my meat thermo in another loin and overcooked this one, so instead of sliced loin it turned into pulled but still tasted great

    140-145 IT for sliced.  You must have gotten it up there a ways in order to pull it like that.

    Yeah I had my probe in another loin that was not foiled in a pan and this one cooked way quicker in the foil pan and I did not realize it until it was too late , I usually pull off the loin at 150
