Smoking my first Baby backs. Just finished the first 2 hour smoke, they are in the foil now and ABTs are in the smoke. I will post the finished product later (You may see only the bones if I don't get the camera quick enough).

I'm trying to follow the instructions to add Q-View, but I'm not getting the full editor. I have no icons to be able to add the pics. Can anyone help?

The icon is 5 icons from the left of the smilie...Pics usually are approved by the moderator for the first few post on all newbies. Rules...

Thanks for the reply, RTBBQ2. The problem is I have no icons, just a plain box to type in. I tried to copy/paste but that didn't work.

Well, the baby backs turned out superbly. Smokey, tender and juicy. Used the 2-2-1 method after seasoning with Jeff's rub. Used Pear wood for smoke. I was quite surprised. The ABTs were good too. Cream Cheese, Tony Chachre's (sp) seasoning, and a little crushed pineapple, wrapped in bacon (of course). If I can ever figure out how to post the pictures, I will provide the Q-View.
