Didn't know how this would turn out so I only did one rack.  Cut it in half to fit the smoker per recommendations from the regulars.  Made racks with skewers till I can do better..Attempted 2-2-1 but more like 2-2-.25 actually.  After first two hours I thought I had overcooked em, chat room regulars assured me that if i foiled em they'd be ok.  Was a lil worried at this point......


Foiled at that point and cooked for another two, almost falling apart when I placed em back on the skewers as you can see.  Must be goin ok.


gave em maybe 15-20 mins to caramelize the sauce and took em off........

Looks good! I can tell by pull-back alone that those BBs are TENDER!
