First Attempt at Smoking Jerky

Here it is after about an hour of smoking.

My question is, how long do you keep adding smoke. I am betting it will take me 6 to 8 hours until done. I was planning on 2 hours of smoke. That too short?

I would try a 2 hour smoke for the first batch. If it's not enough then add an hour next time.

 You can always add time in smoke but you can't remove smoke.
