Fired up the ECB with Q-View

    Decided to do a London broil for a late dinner. Ain't it funny how uninvited guest show up when there is smoke in the air. Also did some onion slices...no pictures.

    Dang Dale, that thing is spewing moisture. Looks like you hit it out of the ballpark. Nice smoke.

    Really impressive lb - Kajun! Wish my first, and only, lb turned out that juicy [​IMG]!

    Didn't you read the warning on the box that said "smoke from this unit may bring strangers out of the woodwork"? [​IMG]

    nice job.................tho round here, flank steak bout as exspensive as rib eye, thankx to the jerky guys.........the butchers figured it out, that it was a excellant piece of meat to make jerky outta of, so they upped the price
