FINALLY!!! My first Rib Smoke!! Qview! UPDATED W/ Finished Qview!!!

So I am finally smoking up some ribs, uptil now I have only been doing Prime Ribs, Turkeys, etc....  Wife figured a couple racks of Spares would be a good Father's Day present.....  I couldn't agree more.  I will update the Qview as we go, just put them in about 20 minutes ago. 

  Also I have a question, I threw the skirts I trimmed off on there as well for a snack to help with the anticipation.  How long approximately will those take?

WOW!!!  Here they are fresh out of the foil.  The pics don't do them justice, the coloration and juiciness is outstanding.  They are back in the smoker naked to firm up a bit.  I can't wait......  Since there is still time to screw them up, I am trying hard not to be too happy with myself lol

Thanks guys.  I am extremely pleased at how my First Rib smoke ended up!  They were absolutely delicious.  The family all loved them and we can't wait to do it again!!
