My name is Blake and I'm addicted to my smoker pit. I'm from Kilgore, Texas and have something on the pit usually once a week and on the grill even more. Currently I use a CharGriller Smokin Pro and have done a lot of mods to it. I am also in the process of building an electric smoker from an old Coldspot fridge I got from my granddad. I have the PID control box done and have a few minor things to finish up before the reassembly and test smoke. I've been lurking on here for a while, soaking up information and finally decided to join up.
