Finally found me a new slicer!

Here she is.....a Toledo 5400 complete with sharpening attachment. Got it for $100. Finally....paper thin Lomo and Coppa!

Yep, great find indeed!

I have owned the slicer pictured below for about 10 years now, When not in used, it has been cleaned and I place a sheet of plastic, not plastic wrap, this is stuff you buy off a roll at a hardware store, over it.  This keeps it clean and dust free until it's next use.
