Finally found a good BBQ place in Portland, OR

On the recomendation of a friend I tried Pine Shed BBQ in Lake Oswego (suburb south of Portland). Very good BBQ, I tried their chicken, chopped pork, and brisket. Very nice bark on the brisket and pork while still staying juicy and tender, and the chicken was very juicy with good flavor - the skin was a tiny bit rubbery, but still very good.

If your in the neighborhood I highly recomend it!

Thanks for the info. My Father In Law lives in Oregon City so the next time we go up ill check it out. Love Lake Oswego. Beautiful area.
