Now you wonder why you waited so long don't you. Any burnt ends?

Yes I do wonder. Should have done this a long time ago. Lol. No the ends turned out great. I think I could have cooked it a little longer but it turned out pretty good.

I was wondering if you planned on making burnt ends from the point. You cube the point add some more rub and sauce and toss them back on the smoker to crisp up there great. We eat flat the first night then the burnt ends the next day or two.
