finally able to load pics of my first smoked yard bird!!!!!

Let them cook for several hours, pulled em and let them rest a bit..  Family loved it have room to grow lol...  Next day sandwiches where even better... Hope you enjoy
 
bird is awesome and easy to perfect. get yourself a vacum packer that way at the end of your meal you can bag up the rest and thro it in the freezer for later. we just ate a pack from 8mnths ago, chicken and one turkey from 5 mnths ago and........boy o boy was that nice. juicy, savory. made the best open face sammies ........... but good job on the bird. keep em coming.
 
thanks guys i will try and get the pics bigger next time, still learning how to use the new phone i toll the pic with....  and brbprey no need to seal a bag it didnt last long enough lol
