Used a homemade rub with no mustard, dry... (basicly Jeffs rub with some modifications)

2.5 hrs @ 265* average...hickory & cherry woods... mopping with the PitBoys recipe moppin/dippin sauce...

Foiled in oven @ 250* for 45 min. while chicken legs continued to cook out in the smoker...

Then ribs back on smoker for about 25 min...BBQ sauced one of them and the other was left without...

They were PERFECT!!!

Now, if I can only do this again the same way....

I'm just glad I found my method...

I know with all the different rigs, and different temps guys do them at, there are such a variety of method times and such...I am going to have to remember how I did these cuz I was pleased...

Take notes. Don't count on your memory. It's the first thing to go......well one of the first things......I think.
