This has been suggested before. I have some side ribs in the freezer and I am thinking of curing them and doing them with my maple ham glaze in a 3-2-1. I'll post if I do.Thank You, Disco!!!

Thanks, Todd. It was incredible. No scrambled eggs this morning but it is my missus' birthday and I made her a pulled ham sandwich with cheddar and got some point that really count from her!Nice job on the hams and adding pineapple! Not many people ever get ham that tastes like that. I hope your are able to try some in scrambled eggs this morning.
