Morning all,
Sunday we finally had our surf and turf. I sliced the tenderloin I got on sale at Wegmans.

This tenderloin was trimmed and wrapped. So, I wasn't sure how they would cut up. I was pleasantly surprised by how they look.

These were so large I had to use 2 slices of bacon on them!

Messed one of the tails up a bit while preparing it.

My plate! Had a baked tater on another plate. The steak is kind of buried under those legs. Fantastic meal! The steak was seared. Then finished in the oven. Fork tender and amazing flavor.

Fantastic - 🤤

Great looking meal. I've been debating getting some lobster tails and de-shelling them and SV with some butter.

That looks good Steve! It’s been a while since I had king crab legs. We have some more lobster to do on Valentines day.

Looks absolutely delicious! I can't even pick a favorite with all of thar!

Lookin' good and livin' large Steve, beautiful spread! I found last week I need some pointers on de-shelling lobster, I'll investigate sous vide. RAY
