Completed my first ever smoke today in the brand new OKJ Longhorn.  I did bacon wrapped Board tenderloins and in the words of my eight year old daughter, "they were awesome delicious!"  I would not have had as much success as I did if it was not for all of the tips and tricks I learned by trolling the forums here!  So thank you for making my first smoke enjoyable and DELICIOUS!  Here are a few pics of my process!

200LB Boar I shot in the fall

Tenderloin cut in half.  Rubbed with sweet and smoky rub and worchestershire and wrapped in bacon.

Smoked with a mix of hickory and pecan for 3 hours!  Came out like butter!  Fork went right through it!
