A damp towel in a baggie on top of a heating pad. Started 4 seeds of each, should give me extras plants to give away.

Sharing starter plants is a great way to get some people into "gardening". About to start some seeds here soon as well, and several plants will go to neighbors.

I'll be waiting 'til April 1st or there about.
From what I've Googled, start seeds 6-8 week prior to last frost.
For here, that's about May 26th.
