My Favorite was the 66# of butt & 12 batches of Dutches wicked baked beans I did for my daughters graduation party.

I was planning on help from another member of the SMF but they had something else come up & couldn't make it to help with their Lang 60. The wife went out & surprised me with another CG.

Sorry I have no Q-view. That was a bad week. I was to go on vacation to start prep for the cook on Tuesday & was fired on the Monday before. That made everything I did more difficult that week as I was sort of in a state of shock, but I pulled the whole thing off & the food was great. I never even thought about the q-view until it was all over
