Hi all,
Searched for Fan and couldn’t find what I was looking for, what Fan do you prefer to use on a Big Green Egg?
Regards

Good morning Rusty,
I assume you are referring to an auto temp controller. Take a look at ThermoWorks Billows w/ Smoke X2. It works pretty good on my KJ Classic II. I'm sure there are cheaper options that work just as well.

I could've sworn I saw a BGE kit for that very purpose some time back at my local Ace. Kinda looked like a Digi Q unit.

I am in France and struggle to get any decent kit. Now we are out of Europe UK won’t ship anything here anymore.

My neighbor has a Pit Viper Fan and an ultraQ controller and he love it.
I run a DigiQ and Pit Viper fan on my PBC and love it as well.

Hardest part here is finding a good company that with ship to them. I work in logistics and international shipping is brutal. Does inkbird have something like that? Wonder is coming from some where other than the US might be easier for them?
EDIT:
Found this it has an EU option. Don't know much about it but might do the job.

The InkBird does control very good at all. The problem is it starts the fan at zero and slowly comes up. While fan is coming up the temp goes way down and it has to go to 100. Than temp goes way up and the fan goes back to zero and the process continues. InkBird told me just to run it on manual. Unless they changed something I would not get. It just needs to start at a higher value I think. I would give mine to someone. I use the BBQ Guru which works great.

I also have the InkBird posted. It works OK, but has a strange algorithm for a kamado. It appears the target temperature is a minum temperature. As soon as the temp drops below the target, the fan activates, so temperatures run a little hotter than expected. It doesn't seem to factor the momentum of increasing fire common to a kamado. I typically adjust the target lower than desired and it works ok. I also need to be careful on initial start-up or it will drastically overshoot the desire temp. I find it hard to believe they did significant testing on the device. I didn't expect perfection for $90 and I didn't get it, but I use it.

Mine is different. This is the one I got:
