I also have the InkBird posted. It works OK, but has a strange algorithm for a kamado. It appears the target temperature is a minum temperature. As soon as the temp drops below the target, the fan activates, so temperatures run a little hotter than expected. It doesn't seem to factor the momentum of increasing fire common to a kamado. I typically adjust the target lower than desired and it works ok. I also need to be careful on initial start-up or it will drastically overshoot the desire temp. I find it hard to believe they did significant testing on the device. I didn't expect perfection for $90 and I didn't get it, but I use it.
