Family in for thansk giving

have a maser built extra wide.  A 10 lb turkey breast no problem, this is a request at family gatherings.  Now will be 30 people!  I need to do four (4) 10 lb breats. How long should I smoke to get to Temp?

  Hi Stanley. You saw no problem to a 10 lb turkey breast. Now you need to do 4 of them. If you can get all of them all into the smoker at the same time, no problem. 4 will cook in the same time as one!
