Hi All,
I'm very new to smoking and I'm trying to smoke a small (2 lbs) brisket for my friends this afternoon. I have an offset smoker and could use a step by step, as basic as possible direction on the best way to smoke. I think I've been doing in wrong in the past, so want to start fresh. Any help you guys can provide would be really appreciated. Thanks!
