OFallon Mo.
Been doing alot of eye round lately . Bought one the other day to pack up for SV , thought I would spin half in the 360 . I normally would inject with Tony C's roasted garlic and hold over night for this , but wanted to see how it came out as is .
Had to trim it up first ,

I cut it in half and vac'd the big end for SV .
Seasoned up the rest with Canadian steak seasoning from GFS .
I put it on the roto first , then tie after it's clamped in place .

I set it for 2 hours @ 250 . Got spinning , set a phone alarm for 1 1/2 hours.
I just use the drip for this because I want the effect of the bottom elements .

I was surprised how fast this cooked .
Came back to check at hour and a half .

Carry over a couple more degrees .

Resting , hoping it's not dry . Still plenty
of give in the middle .

Had to cut into it .Not to bad .
Slices were really tender . Wrapped it up and into the fridge over night .

Next day I slice it up cold and put it in a Pyrex bowl .

I heated up some homemade French onion soup that I had left over .
When the rest of the meal is ready I pour the hot soup on the cold slices and put the lid on .

Swiss cheese and horseradish on some dinner rolls I get at GFS .
Cooked up some tots to go with it .

Made a good sandwich . Cold it was a bit dry for me , but
after re heating it was nice and tender . The soup gave great flavor .

That's it .

Looks like you got it off the 360 just in the nick of time Chop! Where I live there's a 2 for the price of 1 sale going on till tomorrow for eye of round and sirloin tip roast, I could live on French dip sannys. Like, RAY

Richie , I let it sit long enough , but I think I should have left the roto parts in while it rested .
When I pulled the shaft out the juice ran all over . :emoji_astonished:

looks tasty from here.
Thank you Jim .

Great job on that beef !
Thanks Jax .

Thanks buddy . You sure led the way on this unit . It works great , and we love using it . The re heat with the soup is perfect for me . I didn't think about the charred fat from the spin . I would agree on that one . Good idea .

My Son asked me today if he could use the left overs to make supper . Sounded good to me .
Transformed into beef and broccoli . He made the sauce from scratch . Really good . Added some store bought pot stickers .

Great meal , nice change of pace .

Both those meals look great. You did wonders with that eye round.
Thanks Steve . The 360 is fun to use , and has great results .
Rich hes taking after you gettin it done right.
Thanks Richie . Hope he's only influenced by the good things . Lol.

The Boy did a Great Job on the Repurpose!!
Was that Teriyaki, by any chance?
It has a teriyaki taste , but he starts with soy ( low sodium ) and adds from there . Corn starch thickens it up .
Found his list on the counter , here ya go if interested .
1/2 cup low sodium soy
3 gloves garlic
juice of 2 limes . ( he used lemon )
1 TBLS Sriracha ( he used Franks hot sauce )
1 tsp honey
2 TBLS toasted sesame oil .
1 TBLS cornstarch .
Bottle of teriyaki would work too .

I can see shades of that Bear showing up here but however it is a great meal both times. I would of had to had me a sammie on the first cut. Horseradish and mayo would of worked for me.
