I just put an 8 lb hunk in the sous vide this afternoon. I'll pull it in 24 hrs or so for sandwich meat. Local Winco had them for $2.97 a lb today and I think I'll go snag another (or two) tomorrow for jerky.

nice thanks I been wanting to do some corned beef and cabbage but the ole lady hates it with a passion which leave just me and some humongous amount of meat lol. I might try it with some smaller steaks
