I've fallen in love with my pasta extruder + brass dies. These were from last night, they grab sauce so well.

If I had that machine I would be obsessed too! Been years since I made my own pasta and have been thinking about it recently. We ditched pasta for a low carb diet years ago but back to eating some carbs.

Where do you get semola flour? That's not something the average grocery store has that I see.
 
How are the dies that come with it? Is that why you bought brass ones because they suck?
Also, how long have you had it?
