Hello from Northwest Indiana. Im a newbie here on this forum but have been smoking for 9 years on my own and have been a stellar smoking assistant for my dad for many years. I used to have a brinkmann vertical gourmet smoker (el cheapo brinkmann) but now I use a weber 26.75 kettle and a homemade smokehouse I built. Looking to buy the smoky mountain weber soon. I turn wrenches for a living and love BBQ!
