Decided to get the But for the EMS Squad/First Responders today, got going good and forgot the day of the emergency was The Mom and Pop-in-laws. Ran back and got some

spares and CSR's .

I don't usually do it , but the 'Bosses" Mom and Dad must be honoured

So here goes a beginning whirlwidnd tour of the doings...

Butt ,

Rubbed and stuck , oh,I cleaned it with an alcohol swab...now in the Smoker:

Pulling good , 2hrs. in and over half way to the 145*f safety...

1:30Pm, on the spot:)-

Added the Spares and CSR's. Last time it's open till I'm ready

Keep watching ; the finish will be later...

Raymo , if I could get some there in good shape , without busting me-$$$ ,I'dhip it today. Thank you all the same . A job I have training in , however at my age at Grad. , I couldn't get on 'Private' serv. and Cooking was wide open. Good knowledge though ; wish everyone would take a Basic CPR course...
