Been wanting to try one of these for awhile. Used the slaughter house brine for the last 12 hours. Still a little early to get the smoker up & I have a ham to work on as well so here is the starter

Nice work!  You have just given me another thing for my to do list.  Now I'm hungry and stuck in a hotel room. Bummer.
 
Outstanding, I like it! The netting is a great solution, and I love turkey breast!  Slicing for sammies, wonderful hot or cold!
