Easter Roast

The in-laws are coming down for Easter lunch today so since it was going to be nice I figured a smoked beef roast was in order. Forgive my forgetfulness but I can't remember how much she weighs. I used a Prime Angus rub yesterday and let her rest in the fridge overnight. Hopefully I can get some finished pics before people devour it.

Pulled it at 133 internal temp after about two and a half hours. Wrapped it in foil and packed it in a cooler with towels until we are ready to eat at around noon.
