So here is the ham sitting in my Red Head . Slathered with mustard and Jeff’s Rub . Pecan Wood at 275..
While I’m at it I took out some Beef Short Ribs , coated them with SPG and let them hang out in the fridge for 2 hours..
Seared them on my flattop and into a pan with wortershire and root beer
Covered tight with foil and onto my SSP for a few hours..
 
Looks great Lemans, way to put those kettles to work.
