This unanswered post struck my eye.  I am not a veggie specialist, but my girlfriend made squash chili this week. It actually was VERY good!  Give it a try!  Thanks for sharing your recipe.  I shared it with her to cook, as she is a squash fanatic.  Thanks for sharing!
