Well my Peach rounds are finally seasoned and I got to burn some for the first time! The duck didn't take on any of smoke as I had the Weber Kettle lid off while arroseren the breasts, however standing over the hot briquettes with that sweet peach smell wafting by my face left me itching to actually smoke some meat with with a new wood flavor in my arsenal.
