I am taking the plunge to dry aging. I see Umai and others mentioned here.

A few questions...

1. I don't have a vacuum sealer machine. Can I still use these bags?

2. If ai, which brand would you suggest? I am planning on mainly using them for steaks and tri-tip

Thanks

Peace

Yummy! I just bought the bags, thanks again. My plan is to paint one steak with beef tallow prying to bagging it. I will then bag one without the tallow. I am going to leave both in the refrigerator for about 2 months and cook both on a wood fire via my Weber Kettle and compare the two
