I don't make my own sausage but by locally and really like one of the flavors but it's lacking smoke can I smoke it again??

No reason you couldn’t, if it is already fully cooked, just be careful about how long you leave it in the smoker.
You don’t want to dry it out to much. So......as low of heat as possible and just long enough to bring it up to
temp.

Absolutely you can smoke it. If it's uncured and uncooked though be careful about your cook time. Don't let it go for more than 4 hours. Probably more like 3 1/2 to be on the safe side.

If it's fully cooked, I'd recommend cold smoking it so as not to over cook the sausage, just add flavor.

A second smoke on items you purchased that have been smoked by the seller can be done on many items, and it can really wake up the flavor. Some examples are cheese, pork shanks and hocks, sausage, bacon and ham.

I've done Bearcarver's ham and that was awesome..I really like this sausage but wish it had a little more smoke to it.. I'll probably try a stick and see what I get
