Kitchener, Ontario...
Went to Princess Auto to get car battery lugs and came back home with 5 lb stainless steel sausage stuffer....99$ canadian (75$ US)...
It's gonna be a bitch to explain to my "financial minister" for 32 yrs why do I need smaller sausage stuffer beside big one I already have...
I'm thinking to give her 32 roses for Valentine's day and sausage stuffer....may be able to deflect attention and minimize suffering...

Next step is to install motor and for/rew foot switch...

Listen, does the kitchen have 1 Pan? No!

Different tools for different jobs. nepas told me he only uses a smaller (5 pound) stuffer now because it can develop the punch to stuff the smaller stuffer tubes.

I am a little jealous though. There ain't nothing around me that carries a stuffer. They don't even have a clue.
That is exactly like the LEM I ordered from Amazon >IN STOCK< that has yet to ship. :emoji_angry:
I would write them, but can't find a way to talk to them. I'm so burned out and disillusioned with big A.

A Man has got to have some tools!
I'm sure you will get a lot of great use out of it.

See Sonny..the thing is. A Stuffer is a simple device, I could have spent more money on LEM, but I didn't. It's just brand name, that's all. Well alright I think mine was a 2.5 pound stuffer, no big deal. I actually forgot what I got for size. But it was only around 50 bucks .. LOL

Oh, I know Tom. Lord knows I know.
China bought up lots of different Companies equipment here, took it to China, and now manufacture under the old names. The biggest change? A different person is slapping on the label as it goes into the box.

Remember "Buy American!"? Just don't look under the hood.
Because the stuff under there is all made in furrin Countries.

There is a bright side though! Kirchner, LEM and others parts most likely are interchangeable. If ever needed.

To be fair if my 50 dollar stuffer breaks after a few years..it's not a big deal to replace it. Where as if a 300 dollar job breaks in a few years..well..

Yes, I completely understand.
But it is not going to break, because we are not going to push it.
So it will last 50 years.

You do realize that in 50 years sausages will be made by compooterz, don't you?
"Computer, fix me a Kielbasa dinner."
