Done with brisket!

Try cooking your brisket in a foil pan and buy a small needle injector and inject the crap out of it with beef broth. Thats why I do and my briskets are as moist as can be.
 
All the help/advice you need has already been said, and I agree.

The oven was probably the main contributor to the dryness. Foil, towel, cooler is the #1 choice for resting brisket.

Also I would probe several areas to make sure it is all tender. 

Give it another go and I am sure you will have better results this time!!
