I have been buying small bbq grills at Big Lots for several years.  I use the top and bottom as lids for UDS builds.  Recently I purchased a grill only to find out that they have reduced the size of the material to 21.5 inches.  Now they no longer fit a 55 gal drum.  Other than finding an old Weber for a dome what are others doing to solve this problem.  Or, am I the only one with this problem in my area?

I got the el cheapo Weber knock-off from Wally Mart. I had to make a few spacers (http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/g/i/29917/sort/display_order/  ) to get the hinges to work and I flattened out the rim and formed it to the drum, but other than that it fit ok..
